The Calm Performance System™ is a structured and customizable experience for universities, organizations, and community groups seeking healthier, more human ways to support well-being, focus, and sustainable performance. Through guided sessions and practical skill-building, participants learn breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation tools they can apply immediately in high-demand environments. Programs can be tailored for campuses, teams, leadership groups, and community-based settings.
